Returns Policy

Devour Breads • Cafe will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Devour Breads • Cafe will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, Devour Breads • Cafe will notify you as soon as possible.

Making a claim: If you wish to make a claim for a replacement bread, refund or credit because:

  1. you believe that the bread, which was ordered by you and which was in stock, has not been provided; or
  2. you are not satisfied with the quality of the bread you have purchased,

you must call us on 07 5532 7518. We will assess your claim for a replacement product, credit or refund of the purchase price. Devour Breads • Cafe reserves the right to inspect the goods before making the assessment. Devour Breads • Cafe Online will not pick up any breads that you do not accept and which you have not returned by post or courier.

Credits: Credit for the value of any goods that you send back to us or credits applied for any other reason, will be applied to your next order where your next order is a greater value than the credit.

Our breads come with guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
